Summary: Service was kind of lacking-- we had multiple problems with our room and while it was taken care of, it wasnt the type of hospitality we had come to expect from other bookings. Additionally the hotel charges an amount to your card (rather than a hold) and to get it back you need to remember to return in a receipt rather than it auto refunding after check out like every other hotel I've ever been to. Was weird for sure. The best thing about this hotel is the location which can't be beat.
